The Career Direction Finder is designed to assist in the process of making appropriate career choices. We provide an easy to administer, on-screen, career analysis questionnaire, and immediate written feedback reports.
The full questionnaire takes no longer than thirty minutes to administer and is designed to be easily understood by grade 10 learners with an average degree of English proficiency.
The assessment process includes:
An Enneagram analysis on the basis of an adjective checklist and item responses.
- A Holland assessment on the basis of modernised career interest items.
- A short intellectual ability scale which rests on mathematics and English language comprehension.
Reports feature:
- An Enneagram-based, work-related temperament analysis.
- A Holland Job Class based analysis of the key features of an ideal career.
- A list of potential jobs which conform to the analysed Holland job class.
- An analysis of educational potential based on mathematical and verbal reasoning.
