What is the Adfen E-Scale?
- An assessment instrument based on the Enneagram model of human behaviour
- Provides immediate, detailed, written reports online which you debrief with clients one-on-one
- Provides three different reports:
- Feedback report (to debrief you clients; raises self-awareness of your client by highlighting main strengths and areas of potential growth in a wide range of contexts)
- Leadership/team report (highlights main strengths and areas of potential growth in leadership and team contexts specifically)
- Coach report (aimed at the coach this report offers you deeper insight into your clients' areas of growth and guides you on where to focus in your client debrief sessions)
- Provides you with an immediate, clear map of your clients' most pressing areas of development
- Offers a development programme tailor-made for individual clients
- Raises personal and interpersonal awareness

Who benefits from using the Adfen E-Scale Reports?
Coaches, leadership/team/personal development facilitators and counsellors. (NB Experience in coaching, or counselling or facilitation is essential as a pre-requisite for attending this course.)
Course content:
Duration: A Four Day interactive process (for experienced coaches, counsellors & facilitators):
- Days 1 & 2: exploring the Enneagram model of human behaviour, including the opportunity to work through your own Adfen E-Scale report.
- Day 3 & 4: learn how to debrief clients and devise a development plan using the Adfen E-Scale reports. Develop a deeper understanding of the various Adfen E-Scale reports and how to maximise the results you achieve with your clients. Includes practical case studies and practice sessions.
Interim accreditation is granted on completion of the programme.
Full accreditation is granted on submission of two case studies to Adfen International.
