The Adfen E-Scale is a powerful assessment instrument which, along with a structured debrief process, bridges the gap between assessment and people development.
It was developed in South Africa and is currently being used internationally by business and life coaches, facilitators, and counsellors. It is centred on the Enneagram model of human behaviour which is now being used extensively in business and non-business contexts globally.
