Sanjay is the UK’s first accredited trainer of the Enneagram E-Scale profile, responsible for the training of the E Scale to coaches in the UK.
As one of the newly emerging breed of coaches Sanjay can go far beyond the traditional models of coaching, making it faster and simpler to make your life easier.

Sanjay has studied with some of the world's leading experts in the field of emotional intelligence and rapid change and has become a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line therapy, and an Executive Coach. Having been personally trained by Tolly Burkan (the person who trained Tony Robbins), he is now recognised as one of the leading Firewalk trainers in the UK.
Sanjay's extensive experience in these fields with his practical knowledge of human behaviour using the Enneagram, has led to the development of the Behaviour Dynamics Model™, which teaches emotional intelligence to business people in an easy and most importantly, practical way. He helps his clients to overcome the deeply held, mostly subconscious blocks which stop them from being the very best they can be in their chosen field.
This unique blend of different disciplines has led to a thriving coaching practice with business owners and executives.
