My holistic approach is based on an initial assessment which paves the way to fast tracking your route to being successful. I then utilise my advanced coaching skills, specialist HR knowledge, over 25 years working successfully with senior directors and managers, design and delivery of management development training programmes and an in-depth knowledge of specific industry requirements to put together a programme just for you.

Gail is an internationally recognised business coach and an accredited E-scale and NLP coach. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (FCIPD), Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting (FIBC) and a Charted Management Consultant.(CMC). Gail is also a level 7 Assessor with the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is currently delivering the ILM’s level 7 certificate in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. Gail is founder and Managing Director of GB Management Consultants Ltd.
