Roland is a Psychometrist & Integral Coach (PCC). He is an ardent student of personal change and loves his vocation as a facilitator of consciousness. He earns his living in assessment, coaching & leadership (individuals & teams).
Roland’s coaching is underpinned by the Adfen E-scale and a passion for the Enneagram, and framed within Integral Theory.
His natural style is non-directive and he values relationship as one of the most profound influences on personal transformation. His work involves intimate and courageous partnerships. E-Scale Testimonial
It was much more profound than I had expected. The E-scale report presented me with a very useful tool for "self observation" by providing a very accurate image of myself, but from a neutral perspective. Most of my previous attempts to understand and "rationalize" my feelings, reactions and behaviours had been to a large extent, incoherent. The report presented a starting platform, and the discussions and conversations allowed me to put it ... (in) context. ... being able to understand which events and why they trigger certain responses is indispensable for any conscious change to occur. ...by looking at people from this perspective, it is somewhat easier to understand people's behaviours and thus be more tolerant. I would certainly recommend this process for any one wanting to gain more insight on their position in life, how they interact with their environment, and how they could improve this relationship as well as themselves. It is quite an experience when you see some of the pieces of the puzzle coming together.
