I am a Johannesburg based certified Integral Coach helping high performing teams deliver their next edge.
I work with teams who have big challenges to deliver high quality, high energy, and high innovation solutions in a short period of time.
By combining my coaching expertise with more than a decade’s hands-on experience gleaned from setting up, leading and participating in high performance teams I partner with teams to allow them build the competencies which will foster the development of a high performance tribe.
PREVIOUS BACKGROUND
I have fifteen year experience working with high performing teams in the FMCG, Financial Services and Manufacturing Sectors.
I have held a variety of leadership positions predominantly in the technology and process teams of large organisations. Peak experiences have been project managing an ERP project, creating and leading a new IT team and merging the operations of three large financial institutions.

In my capacity as a coach I have more than 200 hours of experience. I certified as a Professional Integral Coach in February 2009.
My style working with teams is to combine coaching, group facilitation techniques and my extensive experience in working with high performing teams to allow team members to gather, practise and embed the personal mastery competencies which take teams from good to exceptional.
My key focus areas are:
